Document submission

In order to get the trade license for their business, a company must complete the required documentation. So you need to handover the documents to our team. The documents include Passport copies of Partners/Shareholders, Visa Copy & NOC if required, Minimum of 3 Trade Names & Valid Tenancy Contract/Ejari etc. All the documents will be submitted to the concerned authorities.

Initial payment

After determining the type of business you are indulged in and the budget, the initial payment should be made. The payment includes DED license fees, initial approval and trade name reservation.

Get the license

The initial application process will begin along with registering the company’s formal name after documents are obtained and formalized. This stage includes clarification of the final fees and the final acceptance of the company’s proposed activities. Once you have received the initial approval, we will settle the final fees and the incorporation certificate is issued.
